Bread - Focaccia & Pull-apart Bread - Summer 2025

Making focaccia has quickly become one of our favourite breads to make in class. This soft pillowy dough is topped with olive oil, fresh herbs, and tomatoes. It pairs perfectly with fresh ricotta, a hot patio and a glass of wine. (You can even bake it in a pizza oven!) We will also teach you to make a garlic pull-apart loaf thats sure to make a statement at any summer bbq.
