Macaron Wreath

This class celebrates the elegance of the season with a macaron gateau crafted in the shape of a festive wreath. Students will learn to pipe, bake, and assemble a large macaron ring, then fill it with layers of orange, pistachio, and mixed berry compote flavoured with Duchess Provisions mulling spices. An impressive centrepiece for any holiday occasion.
