Get an inside look behind the scenes of some of your favourite Duchess Bake Shop tarts. In this class we will learn how to make the classic lemon tart complete with silky, toasted Swiss meringue. It wouldn't be a tart class with Duchess Bake Shop if we didn't include everyone's favourite - the Key Lim Tart. The bold, sweet lime flavour takes centre stage! Not all tarts are sweet, we will complete this class with a savoury quiche sure to be the star at your next brunch.
