Including the Brioche Pepin - warm, buttery bread filled with a vanilla bean pastry cream and milk chocolate chips, Filled brioche buns - filled with a Brandy spiked custard, warm cinnamon apples and topped with a crunchy oat crumble, and a classic brioche loaf - perfect for French toast, sandwiches or just with a cup of tea. Lastly we will teach you how you can mix this dough by hand without using a stand mixer. This class is perfect for all baking skill levels.
