The Duchess cake, also known as the "Swedish Princess Cake" is a pastry classic. Made with light lemon chiffon cake, vanilla bean pastry cream, home made raspberry jam, vanilla bean whipped cream and finished off in the classic dome shape, covered in marzipan.
