Bake Shop Favourites 2.0 - March 2025

The verdict is in... you LOVE this class, and we do too. One of our most requested recipes in Atelier is for the caramel in the filled shortbreads that greet you at your station when you arrive for a class. We are so happy to include the seasonal flavours of this delicious caramel for you in this class. Want to learn how to get the soft, gooey centre to your meringues and learn what other flavours you can make? How much chocolate really does go into the brownie? We have had the honour of teaching some of Duchess Bake Shop's favourite pastries for almost 10 years, the list of favourites keeps growing so we had to create a new class just for you!
